At MEDFE, we maintain strict quality standards for all skincare, derma, nutraceutical, and pharma products.
✅ Return Eligibility
We only accept returns under the following condition:
- The product is physically damaged or leaked at the time of delivery.
📹 Mandatory Proof (Very Important)
To claim a return, customers must provide:
- Unboxing video (starting from sealed package opening)
- Clearly showing damage/leakage/defect
❗ Without an unboxing video, the return request will not be accepted.
⏱ Return Request Timeline
- Customers must raise a return request within 24–48 hours of delivery
🔄 Refund / Replacement
- Once verified, we will offer:
- Replacement of the product, OR
- Refund to original payment method
🚫 Non-Returnable Conditions
Returns will NOT be accepted if:
- Product is opened/used (except for damage proof)
- No unboxing video is provided
- Request raised after 48 hours
- Damage caused after delivery
📦 Shipping Policy
- Orders are processed within 1–2 working days
- Delivery timeline: 3–7 business days across India
- We use trusted courier partners to ensure safe delivery

- We recommend doing a patch test before use
